A healer is someone who sees beyond your limitations and helps you connect with your highest Potential. By healing your mindset, your past, and your fears and doubts, you can empower others to heal as well.

Although cleanse sounds like fancy word for “clean”, it really means to clean out, or to make clean by purging or purifying.  That is — a cleanse means removing something in order to make clean.  In daily language, “cleanse” implies a purging of such things as guilt, bad thoughts, or anything “foul, offensive, or extraneous” (according to Webster’s).
 
In the natural processes of life, we tend to accumulate things: souvenirs, thoughts, negative experiences.  These leftovers stay with us like grime in the corners, and we need to periodically clean out or cleanse, before it builds up and overburdens or damages us. 

A spiritual cleanse means clearing out slower energies that limit us, in order to make way for Light, consciousness, and information.



With less spiritual clutter, you are more easily able to attune to what fulfills and supports you, what you are here for, what makes your heart sing.  It helps you open to divine inspiration, intuition, and your Full-Potential Self. 

Where does the heavy spiritual stuff come from that a cleanse can help eliminate?  Over the course of our daily lives, we occasionally make mistakes, experience stress or trauma, relive or ponder the past, think negatively, fail to completely process through life events and the emotions around them, and the like.  Or we endure new, painful learning experiences. 

Once these are past, once we have realized and absorbed the spiritual benefit or lesson from these experiences, far too few of us have a good mechanism for flushing them out, letting them completely go, and moving on.  Sometimes we carry these heavy old energies around with us for a long, long while.  Though they feel familiar, they can really “gum up the works” for us spiritually, hold us back, and keep us stuck in old patterns. 

A spiritual cleanse is an opportunity to let go of whatever has been holding you back spiritually, once and for all.

Then you can reach more fully and easily for your full potential, fulfilling your unique Life Purpose. 

When should we cleanse?  It’s a wonderful idea to cleanse spiritually when entering into transition phases of life, such as moving, changing relationship status, having children, sending children off to school, switching jobs, etc.  When life challenges arise, too, it is often helpful to cleanse out the echoes of old, to freshen our approach with a cleaner slate.  It's great to cleanse any time you want to move ahead and leave your old baggage behind.

The Story of My Spiritual Cleanse Oil

Dear Fellow Spiritual Traveler,

In almost a decade of energy healing, I have personally witnessed some very unusual or “unexplainable” occurrences and healings.  This oil blend was inspired by one of these events, one that came into my life after a year of praying and searching for a solution to a challenge we all share. 

That problem for me was this:  I wanted to let go of past negativity once and for all.  Old subconscious energies and residues that we carry affect our thoughts and behavior and, worse, tend to keep echoing until we release them.  I wanted to learn from my painful past experiences, then completely let them go and move on. 

Ultimately, I wanted to truly live in the moment, to open to as much Light as I could, be and enjoy my true self, and achieve my life goals more easily.  Even as I experienced increasing peace, love and joy in daily life, I kept experiencing or repeating limiting, negative thoughts and patterns from my long-ago.  (Even some inherited from my ancestors, negative family patterns.)  How could I cut these strings and truly let this go?

You may notice old spiritual junk, too, as: tension or pain in a body area, chronic procrastination, oversensitivity to certain topics, people or events, irresponsibility, poor relationships, grumpiness, feeling drained, a lack of joy, a deep need to be alone, lack of direction, and self-sabotaging behavior.  (These are just a few examples; believe me there are plenty more.)

For nine years as an energy healer, I had helped many people, including myself, with powerful healing techniques that reprogram limiting patterns.  In many ways, I felt like a new person, my genuine self.  Well, until a pattern or person triggered my old stuff — then I’d drop into unpleasant old behaviors, emotions, and thoughts, struggling to get back.  Ugh. 

The Beginning of the Answer
Finally, in 2006, a painful personal event that replayed the past made me ever more driven to find a way to transform the old pain.  After a deep meditation where I just laid it all out for the Universe, the answer came. 

As it turned out, a client of mine experienced an amazing shamanic cleanse of negative patterns using an ancient and very complex (and expensive) healing ritual.  I could not hear about this enough, asking her to repeat the steps, her results, and other parts of the story over and over. 

She allowed me to communicate with her energy self to more deeply explore her transformation.  Alone in meditation, I asked if I, too, could achieve this enLIGHTening process.  YES was the answer. 

The simpler things get, the closer to Truth and Love you are, and the answer is so simple.  I actually danced around when I realized that this cleanse could easily be shared with others!  The answer was certain essential oils, blended in a special way, applied over energy points.  That’s it.  So easy to do, and the effects appear to last a long time.  I tried it on me, volunteers, my children, and other healers.  The response has been overwhelmingly positive.
